I have a unique intuitive style of energy work as a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Magdalene Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy® Practitioner helping women cleanse the energy body and aura of past traumas.
I'm a Master Chakra Healer who infuses the healing properties of crystal therapy and lunar cycles for harmony and flow in my practice.
I'm an Integrative Pelvic Health® Specialist guiding women into a lost dimension of the feminine to heal her womb, connect her heart, and awaken and reclaim her feminine wisdom.
I was mentored by Bob Proctor’s #1 mindset and success consultant learning the significance of effective habits and thinking into results.
I went from disconnected, lost and struggling to finding balance and using sensuality as a means to heal, nurture and forgive in turn experiencing a massive improvement in my relationships.

Not every coach

Has done the necessary shadow work and energetic detox to shift unbalanced masculine energy that kept her stuck in destructive relationship patterns and learned to embody the divine feminine.
Has the capacity to hold sacred space creating a safe, powerful and compassionate container for healing and ascension.
Alchemized crippling fear and self-doubt into authentic confidence, compassion, forgiveness and acceptance and woke up to her own inherent self-worth.
Created a transformational framework to serve and co-create with other Goddesses so they can unleash their radiant authenticity and boldly step into the uninhibited version of themselves to find their way to love & abundance.
Surrendered to the calling in her heart and went from hiding a passion for music to recording her first album and channeling her inner pole dancer! Fierce femme expression!

My Self-Love Journey

I'm a mom of 3 amazing little boys, dog mom, Priestess, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Magdalene Reiki Practitioner, Integrated Energy Therapy® Practitioner, Chakra Healing Master, Integrative Pelvic Health Specialist, S-Factor Teacher, singer/songwriter and owner of Unleash Your Inner Vixen®.

Becoming a mom was the most amazing thing that ever happened to me but it was also a VERY challenging change. Everything from my body, my career, my time, my freedom, my marriage, my expectations changed. I felt lost and in some ways abandoned. It didn't take long before I found myself feeling completely disconnected from who I was. I felt like I was buried under endless responsibilities and everyone else's needs and expectations.

An then there was the toxicity of my marriage, riddled with my husband's alcoholism and trauma from deep childhood wounding. I was constantly in protector mode, closed myself off and nearly reached my breaking point during my postpartum phase after my second baby.

I realized I simply wasn't honoring myself or my needs. Can you relate?

I missed my life, my freedom, my sexy, my style, getting dressed up and going places. But mostly, I longed to feel connected to that sensual, sexy, playful woman I used to be. Don't get me wrong, I love being a mom but I MISSED ME.

Then there was my music. I hid my passion for singing and songwriting for over 20 years. I mean I even tried to hide it from myself - it didn't work but I tried. I worked in a conservative industry, my family was conservative and I felt like I had to bottle up so much of myself and it showed in the quality of my relationships. I literally hid who I really was for years. I struggled with self-doubt and allowing myself to be vulnerable and really seen.

But, one day I said f*ck this. It was like someone turned on my light and I decided to surrender to the calling I felt in my heart...and so began my journey.

I had come to a pivotal point in my life and I refused to hide my authentic self and tolerate the bullshit I was experiencing in my marriage. It took several shifts and intentional changes to find authentic confidence, reconnect with me and unleash my Inner Vixen.

What was the driving force behind this?

Reconnecting, creating balance & boundaries but especially embracing my sensuality...my 3 basics of self-love.

There was this whole sensual side of me that I didn't fully understand or embrace and had almost abandoned. I really leaned into myself, learning to trust, listen, understand and unleash.

Now, I feel free and empowered to be my authentic self and do what I love!

This transformation was so powerful that I felt called to share these tools with other woman just like you. So I created a framework around my process...
